Listing to closing in SIX WEEKS!! Karen is a champ. Knowledgeable, patient, kind, and most helpful of all in real estate, a fantastic sense of humor! She kept us grounded and calm when stress set in, she knew the market and as needed did even more research to help us. This was our first experience  working with her as sellers, but we have also bought two houses with her help and guidance. We have recommended her by word of mouth and happy to recommend her here as well.

She is the most wonderful agent we have ever worked with, and we have worked with a lot of agents over the years and recently where we live locally. She is a far caliber of intelligence over most realtors and her knowledge and honesty are outstanding. We highly recommend her as a realtor. She was  available any time to look at homes with us. She had knowledge of home specifics, area and much paperwork on home when we would meet with her, as she does a lot of homework. She is watching out for homes we may be interested in and would send them on a regular basis keeping us informed of current trends in the area. We decided for personal reasons not to buy in this area.
