I put Karen through two years of looking at this place and that place, until I chose a property which was completely different from what I had told her to look for. Through all she was patient, helpful, and informative, and when it came time actually to buy the property, she asked questions that I  would never have thought to ask, and brought the price down as low as it was ever likely to go.
